Easy sweet potato chaat, chatpate shakarkand chaat
Easy sweet potato chaat for a filling, satisfying snack, be it mid noon snack or evening snack. Chatpate shakarkand chaat with few ingredients.
I recenetly came to know sweet potato is shakarkandi. The name itself was really tempting and fascinating to me. Was browsing Instagram explore feature and found this dish exists. Sounded super easy yet tasty. So picked up some sweet potato during my weekly groceries shopping.
There is a deep fried version of this chaat too. But I just proceeded as such. This is so versatile, adapt it according to your diet restrictions in Navaratri times and make it as falahari. Or make it like the regular chaat with onion, tomato, extra crushed puri and loads of sev.
